First-time Visitor\u2019s Application<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n
ONE application per couple or single visitor.<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

We take safety seriously and, as such, require basic background checks for all visitors and new members.<\/h4>\n

Avatan Background Check Form<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n
Each person is required to complete a background check form.<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n

Eligibility for Membership occurs after 3 visits.<\/h4>\n

Avatan Membership<\/strong> and Sun Pass Application<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n

The Sun Pass is a one-time, introductory pre-paid grounds fee that allows unlimited visits for 60 consecutive calendar days. It is only available to individuals or couples who are new to Avatan and wish to \u201ctry out\u201d more frequent visits to Avatan. Applications require Membership Committee approval. Once begun, there are no refunds, and the fee does not include any AANR dues. Sun Pass couples MUST visit Avatan together. One person in the couple is not allowed to visit alone. It must be purchased within the first three visits and before July 15th.<\/p>\n\n\n
