All First-time visitors must complete the Visitor Application, Background Check, and Visitor Agreement forms before their first visit to Avatan.<\/h5>\n

First-time Visitor\u2019s Application<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n

Please submit one application for each couple or individual visitor.<\/p>\n

Avatan Background Check Form<\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n

All first-time visitors must complete a background check form. Avatan prioritizes safety and requires a basic background check for all visitors and new members.<\/p>\n

Visitor Agreement<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n

Avatan has established guidelines that must be followed by all visitors and members.<\/p>\n

Exercise Liability Consent Form<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n

All visitors and members must complete a consent form to use the exercise equipment.<\/p>\n

Avatan Membership<\/strong> and Sun Pass Application<\/a><\/h4>\n

\u00a0Sun Pass:<\/strong> one-time introductory prepaid grounds fee that allows unlimited visits for 60 consecutive calendar days. This pass is exclusively available to individuals or couples who are new to Avatan and wish to enjoy more frequent visits. All applications must receive approval from the Membership Committee.<\/p>\n

Once purchased, the Sun Pass is non-refundable and does not include any AANR dues. Both members of a couple using the Sun Pass must visit Avatan together; individual visits are not permitted. The Sun Pass must be purchased within your first three visits and before July 15th.<\/p>\n

Avatan Associate Membership: <\/b>Applicants must have at least 3 visits or 7 overnight stays, including at least 1 weekend visit, to be eligible. To apply for Associate Membership, please NOTE that a non-refundable application fee of $25.00 per person is required.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n

AANR Transfer Form<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

New Associate members, please use this form to transfer your membership. Please print the form, complete it, and email a copy to membership@avatan.com or deliver it to the Avatan office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
