and lot fees will be discounted 10% for stays of seven (7) days or more.
Sales taxes apply and will be added to your
bill. (Currently 7.125%)
Checkout is 11:00 a.m., but please do stay with us the rest of the day at
our world class pool.
AANR Members earn 10% discount, must show a current card each visit to
receive discount.
Weekend exception for cabins and park model: 2 night minimum stay required
(stay with us on either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).
Holiday weekends exception: 3 day stay required, NO discounts on holiday
weekends.
Long Stay Discount: Stay 7 nights or longer and earn a 10% discount!
AANR and Long Stay Discount may NOT be combined.
Cancellations less than 48 hours will incur a one day non-refundable charge
that can be
used as a credit against a future stay in the same year.
RV lots have electric and water. Some also have
sewer hookups.
First come first served. Dump station available to all RVs.
